If your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the item described, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photographs of the issue so that we can work with you to resolve it.

Damage caused after delivery, including accidental damage, improper care, misuse, or intentional durability testing, is not eligible for a refund or replacement.
